After a recipe goes bad, turn to an easy fix!

Raw recipe mishap!


I started out trying to make raw vegan brownies...that led to raw vegan ice cream...then a raw vegan chocolate sauce.

I did not have all of the necessary ingredients.
I managed to mess up the brownies. I think it was a mixture of adding apple cider vinegar (I don't know why I did that), and adding soaked cashews instead of pecans. I needed a more floury like mixture, since I used cashews, so I added flax meal. It just ended up as a not so delicious jumble of kitchen ingredients.

Then I made some raw vegan banana ice cream, and some raw vegan chocolate sauce...those turned out great.


On top of all of that, I broke the wine glass and cut my finger! This recipe was doomed from the get go.

Raw vegan lasagna!


Last night for dinner I made a raw vegan lasagna! It is made of zucchini noodles, a raw marinara sauce, avocado, and spinach!

I have decided to keep track of my body's physical fitness progress while I'm eating raw vegan. Here is my body at the beginning of my raw vegan journey (age 21).

My hopes are becoming more in shape. A leaner and harder body.

Raw Vegan!

I have decided to go back to RAW veganism!!

I have so much energy, and I am soooo positive!
